"Let's make a face in the pumpkin!"

The pumpkin awaiting it's execution...

"Oooooh....there's seeds in there!"
After sticking his hand inside:  With a sickened expression, "Momma, I need a napkin!"

Despite the grossness, C scooped out a couple of handfuls of seeds.

The grossness Momma had to deal with.

"Momma, there's no more seeds in there!"

"That's his nose.  It's a triangle."

Cheese!
Lily loves her brother so much!
Charlie, the responsible one, putting away a match.  Lily ever observant.  Nice job Momma.
"It's a light in there.  I see fire!"

Paper, paper, everywhere

I entered the computer room to hear Charlie saying, "I'm putting the paper back. I'm fixing the paper Momma!"  I couldn't see him becauuse he was in the big computer chair, with the back of the chair facing me.  This is what I found...

Charlie sitting in the chair surrounded by pop-up Post-It notes, trying to stuff them back into the holder.  Sigh.

A hot day at the pumpkin patch...

Charlie allowed me to take this picture...but only barely.  There were trains to be ridden.

Lily was fascinated everything, but the camera...

Adamant that he would pull the wagon...

Very pensive while waiting for the train to start up!

The new goofy smile...that includes closed eyes.

Fluffy mail is a wonderful thing

I adore getting new dipes in the mail.  It always makes me squeal in happiness.  And my newest package brought me this adorable Fuzzi Bunz in Kumquat (or as Jason says, hell yeah, Clemson orange).

So, imagine my sheer ecstacy when bumGenius announced their new artist series collection today, and my goodness if it's not so couture.  I love to see bright happy colors and prints that are chic not babyish.  So, now, which print to choose first??

Like father, like son...

"I want cup like Daddy." (Just smaller)
"I drinkin' coffee." (It's chocolate milk)
"It's hot." (It's not)
"We both drinking." (Yes you are :) )

Like mother, like son...

Earlier this week, I found how my son is much like me.  When I gave him 4 cups of paint, red, yellow, blue, and green, and two paintbrushes, he refused to paint until he had 2 more paintbrushes.  And then he put the green bristled one in the green paint, blue bristles in the blue paint, and yellow bristles in yellow paint.  He was confused and bothered by the fact that the purple paintbrush had to go in the red, and though he didn't get upset about it, he would not use the red paint.
